If you want your event publicized by postcards or ads in the Voice, please complete a communication request.
It is our desire to serve the needs of our church family. You can assist us in the effort by:
a. making your request as far in advance as possible (three weeks is desirable-requests are reviewed at weekly staff meeting on Monday afternoons),
b. completing each section of this form as thoroughly as possible (Facilities, Transportation, Food Service, Childcare,
Audio/Visual Resources, Set-up),

  1. Child care requests must be made two weeks in advance.
  2. Once an event requiring child care, submitted two weeks in advance has been approved and calendared; a list including the names and ages/grades of preschoolers/children attending must be submitted to the children's minister. Final confirmation for childcare service will be given at that time.
