FBC Preschool Ministry
Equipping Kids to Know, Grow, & Show God’s Love.
The Preschool Ministry of First Baptist Church is here to provide a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschoolers and to teach them to know God loves them and has a plan for their lives, to help lead them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to help them live lives that worship and honor God. We also desire to partner with parents in leading their children spiritually.
We join with you in one of your most important tasks . . .your child’s physical, mental, and spiritual development.
Because of this interest, we have developed some goals and standards for ourselves in this area of our work. Our goals are to provide a learning environment with teachers who know how to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of your child. We want every preschooler to:
- know that God loves them.
- learn that Jesus is our Savior.
- learn that God made the world good and beautiful for us to enjoy.
- think of the Bible as a special book, God’s Word, which tells us about God and Jesus.
- have good experiences at church and have positive feelings about church.
Our prayer is that each child would have a Christian home and for the understanding and cooperation of each of us as we work together for the good of your child. We stand ready

Sunday School
Join us for Sunday School every Sunday morning, where kids can learn about Jesus and the Bible in a safe and interactive environment. Our dedicated teachers use engaging lessons, activities, and crafts to help kids grow in their understanding of God's love and plan for their lives.
Extended Care
Our preschool ministry offers a kid-friendly setting for young children during our Worship Services. With age-appropriate music, lessons, and activities, children have the opportunity to encounter Jesus in a way that's relevant and meaningful to them.
Nursery
We’ve curated a safe and serene space for the most vulnerable members of our community. Our nursery is staffed with caring, well trained staff members and volunteers who are prepared to care for your child while you worship.
Special Events
Throughout the year, we host special events and activities and include our youngest children! From Vacation Bible School to holiday parties and exclusive child care nights, there's always something fun happening for kids at FBC Fayetteville.

Play Learn
Play Learn School is a ministry of First Baptist Church of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Play Learn School began in September 1970 as a mission project of the Women’s Missionary Union. Over the years, Play Learn has grown to meet the needs of the Fayetteville community and currently operates as a preschool serving children from six weeks to PreK.
